The Head of State noted that the city of Lachin, the village of Zabukh and the village of Sus will be rebuilt first: "I am sure that we will achieve this soon because the work we have done since the end of the Patriotic War – large-scale construction and restoration work – shows that we are restoring and will continue to restore our Motherland at our own expense."
