The Argos handheld remote trace detection device has been showcased for the first time at ADEX-2026, APA reports.
The device, weighing 3.18 kilograms, uses a laser to identify hazardous substances at a distance of up to 15 meters and transmits the data. The information is displayed on a monitor on the device.
The US-made device can operate continuously for 4–8 hours.
