“Until now, there is no technical and economic justification of the railway to be built in the Mehri section of the Zangezur corridor. No project can be implemented without technical and economic justification and developing technical and economic justification for the construction of a railway requires several months,” said President Ilham Aliyev as he made a speech at a meeting dedicated to the results of the first six months of this year, APA reports.
