Hungary’s chargé d’affaires has been summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that a protest was lodged with the Hungarian diplomat over the decision to expel employees of the Russian Embassy from the country.
It was noted that, as a retaliatory measure by the Russian side, a number of employees of the Hungarian Embassy in Moscow and the Consulates General in St. Petersburg and Kazan were given two weeks to leave Russia.
