"The Declaration dated November 10, 2020, is actually an act of capitulation of Armenia, and as the defeated party in the war, Armenia has assumed obligations. "This issue has not been resolved so far. We have raised issues repeatedly, but Armenia extends this. . At the same time, we raised this issue before the Russian military leadership, and a few months ago, a senior official of the Russian Defense Ministry, while visiting Azerbaijan, promised our Defense Ministry that the Armenian armed forces will be withdrawn from Karabakh by June. However, today is the middle of July, this issue has not been resolved," said head of state.
