SOFAZ's Shah Deniz revenues for this year announced

In January–June 2026, revenues from the sale of gas and condensate from the Shah Deniz field to the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) declined, APA-Economics reports.

During the reporting period, the Fund received AZN 423.3 million from the Shah Deniz field. This is AZN 13.8 million, or 3.2%, less than in the same period of 2025. In the first half of last year, the figure stood at AZN 437.1 million.

Overall, SOFAZ's revenues from the implementation of oil and gas agreements totaled AZN 5.7432 billion in January–June 2026. This is AZN 789.8 million, or 15.9%, more than in the corresponding period of the previous year.

During the reporting period, the Fund's revenues from the sale of profit oil and gas amounted to AZN 4.9743 billion, while bonus payments and transit revenues totaled AZN 765.3 million, and acreage fees amounted to AZN 3.6 million.
