The Azerbaijani who infiltrated Shaki did not resist arrest, which in itself indicates that he was not a saboteur, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan said in the National Assembly, Aysor.am reports.
According to Papikyan, there were, naturally, lapses.
“Those lapses have had and will have consequences, but we can speak about the full extent of the consequences after the internal inquiry is concluded,” he said.
He also noted that details would become available once the internal inquiry and investigative procedures are completed.
