Azerbaijan exported 10.5 million tonnes of oil (including condensate) in January–June this year, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Energy.
According to the ministry, 9.5 million tonnes of the exported oil came from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) and Shah Deniz fields, 0.7 million tonnes from SOCAR, and 0.3 million tonnes from the Absheron field.
The ministry also noted that Azerbaijan produced 13.3 million tonnes of oil (including condensate) in the first half of this year.
"Of the total production, 7.9 million tonnes came from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli field, 1.7 million tonnes from Shah Deniz, and 0.3 million tonnes from the Absheron field. Oil production (including condensate) by SOCAR amounted to 3.4 million tonnes," the statement said.
