Director General of Imam Khomeini International Airport Ramin Kashif Azar denied reports that any restrictions had been imposed on flights from the airport to various destinations in an interview with the IRNA state news agency, APA's Tehran bureau reports.
"All flights to neighboring countries are being operated," he said.
He stated that flights from the airport to all international destinations are being operated and are carried out in accordance with the established schedule.
Kashif Azar added that to date, there are no restrictions on passenger transportation from Imam Khomeini Airport to airports in neighboring countries, as well as to more than 40 destinations to which international flights are operated.
According to him, all flights are continuing as usual.
