The official foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) continued to increase in September 2026, APA-Economics reports.
As of September 30, the CBA’s official foreign exchange reserves amounted to $15.3634 billion.
This figure is $62.1 million, or 0.4%, higher compared to the end of August. As of August 31, the volume of reserves stood at $15.3013 billion.
Compared to the same period last year, the Central Bank’s foreign exchange reserves increased by $4.0529 billion, or 35.8%. As of September 30, 2025, the reserves amounted to $11.3105 billion.
Compared to the end of 2025, the reserves increased by $3.8485 billion, or 33.4%. At the end of last year, the CBA’s official foreign exchange reserves stood at $11.5149 billion.
