Both roads and railways are already being successfully built, and we are receiving positive news from Armenia," said President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev as he received in a video format a delegation led by Minister of Road and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran, co-chair of Azerbaijan-Iran Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation Rostam Ghasemi on January 25, APA reports.
"Armenia plans to start this work on its side as well.
In short, I do hope that the post-war period will open new opportunities for the whole region. Of course, the contribution of the Islamic Republic of Iran to this work is also very important," noted head of state.
