Head of state noting that today situation is very different, said: "Today our foreheads are open, today our faces are smiling, today our heads are upright and it will always be so. I am fully sure that from now on the Azerbaijani people will live forever as victorious people, the Azerbaijani state will live forever as a victorious state. We are in our lands. We have firmly stood in this land and nobody can ever move us from these lands".
