The head of the state brought to attention that our compatriots living abroad first of all should know the Azerbaijani language. It is not enough to keep the Azerbaijani language alive in families alone.
“Therefore, we are always ready to assist in the opening of Azerbaijani schools too. Actually, we are doing this. Perhaps it should be done in a further organized way. Because mother tongue is a key factor. Mother tongue unites all Azerbaijani citizens,” stressed President Ilham Aliyev.
