Azerbaijani President allocates financial aid to religious bodies

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the allocation of financial aid to the religious bodies in Azerbaijan, APA reports.

According to the order, 1.0 (one) million manat to the Caucasian Muslims Office, 350.0 (three hundred fifty) thousand manats to the religious organization of the Baku and Azerbaijan Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, 350.0 (three hundred fifty) thousand manats to the Mountain Jews religious community in Baku, 350.0 (three hundred fifty) thousand manats to the Baku religious community of European Jews, 350.0 (three hundred fifty) thousand manats to the religious body of the Apostolic Prefecture of the Catholic Church in the Republic of Azerbaijan and 350.0 (three hundred fifty) thousands manats to the Albanian-Udi Christian religious community of the Republic of Azerbaijan AZN 350.0 (three hundred and fifty) thousand manats were allocated to the Foundation for Propagation of Moral Values under the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the purpose of financial support to other non-Islamic religious communities.
