The next meeting of the Central Banks Council of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will be held in Türkiye, APA-Economics reports.
The second meeting of the Council of Central (National) Banks of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, held in Baku, has concluded.
The event, hosted by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, brought together the heads of the central banks of Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of Hungary and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus as observers.
The meeting discussed monetary policy measures against global and regional risks, financial stability, and the development of digital financial ecosystems.
At the conclusion of the event, a Communiqué reflecting the agreements reached between the parties was signed. It was announced that the third meeting of the Council will be held in Türkiye in 2027.
