A draft law “On Financial Leasing” has been prepared, APA reports.
The draft law was submitted for discussion at today’s session of the Milli Majlis.
The draft law consists of 5 chapters and 25 articles and will define the legal framework for financial leasing activities, as well as the legal, organizational and economic foundations for regulation and supervision in this field, with the aim of developing and promoting financial leasing activities and strengthening their role in economic growth.
Following the discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
