A facility that will make a significant contribution to missile production in Azerbaijan will be put into operation, Murad İkinci, CEO of Roketsan, said in a statement to APA's correspondent dispatched to Ankara.
According to him, within the framework of the company's investment project in Azerbaijan, a new facility that will make a significant contribution to missile production is planned to be put into operation.
The CEO also emphasized that Roketsan is implementing several successful projects with the Azerbaijan Air Force and the Land Forces.
"Azerbaijan is our brotherly country. As Roketsan, we are striving to implement very serious defense industry projects here. We currently have an investment project underway. With this investment, we will put into operation a facility in Azerbaijan that will make a very significant contribution to missile production.
We cooperate with many companies. We are creating infrastructure that will ensure that products similar to those manufactured here will be produced in Azerbaijan, while also serving to train young Azerbaijani engineers and technical specialists," Murad İkinci noted.
