Azerbaijan exported 10,125,467.17 tons of oil worth $6,231,422.24 thousand to more than 10 countries in January-June this year, the State Customs Committee said, APA-Economics reports.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported 5,915,025.73 tons of oil worth $3,495,238.67 thousand to Italy, making it the country's largest destination for oil exports.
The Czech Republic ranked second in terms of the value of Azerbaijan's oil exports. During the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported 705,791.25 tons of oil worth $497,377.57 thousand to the country.
Bulgaria ranked third by the value of Azerbaijan's oil exports. In January-June, Azerbaijan exported 358,842.99 tons of oil worth $253,113.5 thousand to the country.
According to the report, the figures include the value of exported oil whose customs clearance was completed during the reporting period.
