Azerbaijani film pretending Oscar presented to journalists – <font color=red>PHOTO </font>

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova – APA. The Precinct, Azerbaijani film pretending to the Academy’s Award for best foreign language film, was presented at the Azerbaijan Cinema on Thursday. Actor and director Vagif Ibrahimoglu told journalists before the presentation that he believed in triumph of the film. The Precinct will be screening from September 23 to 29 at the Azerbaijan Cinema.
The Precinct is written and directed by Ilgar Safat. It is a co-production between Azerbaijan ("Narimanfilm") and Georgia ("Georgianfilm" & "Bagira Films") which was developed within the framework of the Independent Film-makers’ Association – South Caucasus (IFA-SC) training program. The film is a mystery/drama about a famous photographer who makes mystic travel to his childhood. Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Pasha Bank sponsored the film starring by Zaza Bejashvili (Georgia), Melissa Papel (France) and Vagif Ibrahimoglu (Azerbaijan).
