Armenia has never had strained relations with Russia, and nothing has changed, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during a briefing, Armenian media reports.
Pashinyan noted that even if there are any disagreements in the diplomatic sphere or on the joint agenda, Armenia has not changed its relations.
"As for the nuclear power plant, the point is that Armenia is looking for the best option, and political considerations have nothing to do with it. The same applies to the railway — Armenia is working to find the best solution to the current issue. If our Russian colleagues can offer their options, Armenia is ready to consider them," Pashinyan emphasized.
