International Music Festival to be held in Gabala by support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova - APA. International Music Festival will be held from July 25 till August 5 in Gabala region by the support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Foundation told APA. Talented musicians from US, Russia, England, France and Italy will be the participants of the Gabala Festival. As in previous year, along with Azerbaijani culture the festival will make opportunity to get familiar with world music pearls as well. Yuri Bashmet, Boris Berezovsky, Al Cerro, as well as young musicians will take part in the festival as well. This year, it is considered to hold master trainings for young musicians. Along with Hajibeyov Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra, concert programs by London Philharmonic Orchestra will be demonstrated within the framework of the festival. The program includes art works of U. Hajibeyov, F. Amirov, G, Garayev, P. Chaykovcky, S. Rakhmaninov, V. A. Motsart, F. Shubert and other composers. Official opening of the festival will take place on June 30. Director General of UNESCO Irina Bokovaâ€™s participation in the opening ceremony is expected as well.
