"The United Nations Human Settlements Programme, UN-Habitat has issued a project related to 2 villages of Azerbaijan's Garabagh currently liberated from occupation. Based on this project, two smart and planned rural infrastructures will be built," Executive Director of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN‐Habitat) Maimunah Mohd Sharif said as she delivered a speech on "Existing challenges in building resistant and sustainable cities" at ADA University, APA-Economics reports.
She noted that the project has already been submitted to the government and talks are underway in this direction: "After the project is approved by the government, construction works will begin."
