Ukrainian intelligence has received information about Russia’s preparations for a new massive attack, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated, RBC-Ukraine reports.
“Today, we received updated intelligence on Russia’s preparations for a massive strike. We are preparing countermeasures,” the head of state said.
The president added that deadlines had been set for carrying out a significant part of the tasks, with the highest-priority ones already being implemented.
According to him, the meeting also discussed the distribution of air defense systems and the organization of positions to protect critical facilities.
Zelensky said the necessary ammunition, interceptors and anti-missile systems for F-16 fighter jets are being provided. He noted that the provision of systems to defend against ballistic missiles largely depends on Ukraine’s partners.
