ADIF starts registration of claims against Caucasus Development Bank and Atrabank

The Fund told APA-Economics that the claims will be registered in written form by the liquidator within sixty days after publishing of this announcement.

The creditors are to submit documents confirming legal base of their claims and following data:

– Name and address of the creditor;

– Sum of interest and other fees included in the principal amount;

– Information about pledge (mortgage) or guarantee.

The liquidator also addressed to the legal entities and individuals who owe to Caucasus Development Bank and Atrabank.

“The liquidator tells the legal entities and individuals owing to these banks that only the acts by liquidator and a authorized person are valid on behalf of the bank. Moreover, despite the calculation of interests and other fees on bank’s liabilities is stopped, the calculation of interests and other fees on bank’s assets is not stopped”, the Fund said.

Measures will be taken against the legal entities and individuals owing to the Caucasus Development Bank and Atrabank.
