Under the article#27.3 of the law, if a depositor holds several deposits with a bank, including local branch offices and divisions of the bank, or holds deposits in both national and foreign currencies, such deposits shall be summed up and treated as a single deposit for purposes of compensation.
Note that the compensations are completely paid to the insured depositors at a time.
Number of insured depositors of Parabank, Zaminbank, Kredobank and Dekabank makes 31,959 people. 17,786 depositors’ deposits make up to AZN 1, 31,959 depositors deposits make from AZN 1 to AZN 1,000. 2,639 depositors have over AZN 1,000 and as of August 19, 2016, 1,915 of them have received AZN 56,455.
