Minister: â€œOfficial documents have not been given to some multi-storey buildings constructed in Bakuâ€

Official documents have not been given to some multi-storey buildings constructed in Baku, because of their shortcomings, Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov said, APA reports. The Minister said shortcomings had been revealed in the construction of gas line, electricity supply, as well as in project documents. The buildings will be put into service after the shortcomings are eliminated.
â€œUnder the presidentâ€™s order, Ministry of Emergency Situations examined all the buildings constructed after 2001 and prepared final judgment on their durability. The buildings, where shortcomings have been revealed, will be reinforced,â€ the Minister said.

Kamaladdin Heydarov said Ministry of Emergency Situations could prepare judgment with the help of modern devices, without interfering in the building. The Ministry will examine not only the buildings constructed since 2001, but also those constructed earlier.
