Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund has started to register claims against Caucasus Development Bank and Atrabank OJSCs, which were declared bankrupt.
The Fund told APA-Economics that the claims will be registered in written form by the liquidator within sixty days from August 27.
The creditors are to submit documents confirming legal base of their claims and following data:
– Name and address of the creditor;
– Sum of interest and other fees included in the principal amount;
– Information about pledge (mortgage) or guarantee.
