In 2025, revenues of hotels and hotel-type facilities decreased by 5.9% compared to 2024, reaching 653 million manats, of which 61.8% was generated from room (accommodation) services, 27.2% from catering services, 2.9% from medical and health services, and 8.1% from other services, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.
It was noted that in 2025, the nationwide one-time capacity utilization rate of hotels and hotel-type facilities was 24.4% (24.0% in 2024). This indicator stood at 48.5% in Naftalan, 41.7% in Shabran, 36.9% in Baku, 31.7% in Gusar, 27.7% in Sabirabad, 23.3% in Lankaran, 21.5% in Gabala, 20.5% in Shamakhi, 19.5% in Barda, 16.6% in Guba, 15.7% in Beylagan, 15.6% in Aghdam, 15.5% in Gakh, 15.3% in Masalli, and below 15.3% in other cities and districts.
