The customs duty on construction bricks imported into Azerbaijan has been changed, APA reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers has made amendments to the “Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the rates of import customs duties, and the rates of export customs duties.”
Thus, a customs duty of USD 15 per 1,000 construction bricks imported into the country was applied until December 31, 2025. Under the amendment, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, a customs duty of USD 20 per 1,000 construction bricks will be applied.
