The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) has allocated more than €9 billion to the financing of various projects since the start of its operations, BSTDB Vice President Ziya Aliyev said at the Business Forum held as part of the 28th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, APA-Economics reports.
He noted that another important function of the bank is to contribute to reducing disparities in development levels across the region.
“The Black Sea region is highly diverse in terms of economic and financial development. Therefore, we prioritize less developed sectors and countries with limited access to finance,” he said.
