In 2025, Azerbaijan’s state budget revenues amounted to 39 billion 131.2 million manats, while expenditures totaled 38 billion 603.6 million manats, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.
As a result of budget execution, a surplus of 527.6 million manats was recorded.
Recall that state budget revenues for 2025 had been projected at 38 billion 356 million manats, while expenditures were forecast at 41 billion 407.6 million manats. Thus, budget revenues exceeded projections by 775.2 million manats, while expenditures were 2 billion 804 million manats lower than expected.
