A draft law “On financial leasing” has been prepared, APA reports.
The draft law was submitted for discussion at today’s session of the Milli Majlis.
The draft consists of 5 chapters and 25 articles, and will define the legal basis of financial leasing activities, as well as the legal, organizational, and economic foundations for regulation and supervision in this field, with the aim of promoting the development of financial leasing and strengthening its role in economic growth.
Following discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
