A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation has been signed between the Central Bank of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan’s National Agency for Prospective Projects, APA-Economics reports, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
The Memorandum will not only establish a legal framework for cooperation between the institutions but also contribute to strengthening collaborative ties in the capital and insurance markets, as well as in the development, regulation, and supervision of crypto-assets.
Within the framework of the Memorandum, the institutions plan to exchange experience and information, conduct reciprocal visits and joint initiatives, and promote the development of innovative financial technologies aimed at enhancing financial inclusion and operational efficiency.
