A total of 42 million manats will be allocated this year for reintegration and resettlement in the liberated territories, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.
It was noted that within the framework of the First State Program on the Great Return to the liberated territories, 41.9 million manats are projected for the implementation of measures aimed at helping the population adapt to new living conditions and relocating families to newly built homes.
According to the information, within the framework of the program, 5 million manats have been allocated to subsidize, from the state budget, the mandatory state social insurance contributions of insured persons employed in the non-state sector operating in the liberated territories, excluding those engaged in the oil and gas sector.
In addition, it is planned to allocate 2 million manats to provide financial assistance in the amount of 20 percent of monthly payments for electricity, natural gas, water supply, and wastewater disposal services to entrepreneurs engaged in production activities in those territories.
