During the past period of the Patriotic War, important works have been done in the direction of reconstruction and restoration of the territories freed from occupation, said Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov during the discussion of the budget envelope for 2024 at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis, APA reports.
Prime Minister emphasized that during the past period of the Patriotic War, important works have been done in the direction of reconstruction and restoration of the territories freed from occupation: "Honorable President Ilham Aliyev, together with the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, is directly leading the great reconstruction works. During the three years after the victory, 12 billion manats were allocated from the state budget for reconstruction and construction works in Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions. In the state budget of 2024, 4 billion manats have been allocated. For the implementation of the First State Program on the Great Return, a total of approximately 30.5 billion manats are required in 2022-2026, taking into account 14.5 billion manats in the following years."
