Azerbaijan prevents appropriation of Javanshir Guliyev's song "Yarimgila" by an Armenian singer

The misappropriation of the song "Yarimgila" made by Azerbaijani composer, honored artist Javanshir Guliyev, by Armenian singer Minas Hovhannesyan (Mino) has been abolished, Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.

As it was reported in the media earlier, the lyrics of the song "Yarımgila", which its music belongs to the Azerbaijani composer, honored artist Javanshir Guliyev, and lyrics consisting of bayatis (one of the oldest forms of Azerbaijani folk poetry – ed.), were changed by the Armenian singer Minas Ovanesyan (Mino) and performed under the name "Krovel e im yare" and was published on the "Youtube" platform.
