On November 16, the IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum started its work, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.
The delegations from 73 countries, as well as ministers of culture from 30 countries, are participating in the forum, which is being held under the name of "Forum of United Cultures".
The organizers of the forum, which will last until November 18, are the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Government of St. Petersburg.
Azerbaijan is represented at the event by a delegation led by Minister of Culture Adil Karimli.
