Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. Exhibition reflecting history and culture of Egypt was organized by Egyptian Cultural Center in Baku and Khazar University. APA reports various statuettes, photos and clothes of Egypt were demonstrated at the exhibition held at Khazar University. Along with Azerbaijanis, Egyptian students studying in Azerbaijan also joined the event. Delivering a speech at the event, Rector of Khazar University Hamlet Isakhanli noted that such events demonstrated a culture of every country and stressed the importance of this exhibition.
Head of Egyptian Cultural Center Adel Dervish stated that the exhibition reflected a sample of ancient Egyptian culture. Dervish spoke about Egypt–Azerbaijan relations and noted that Egyptian film week would start in Azerbaijan next week.
