Baku to determine communication maps within COP29

A roundtable was held in State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads regarding the hosting of 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), the 19th session of the COP serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol and the 6th session of the COP serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2024, APA-economics reports.

The event was attended by the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads, Main Information and Communication Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, State Service of Special Communication and Information Security of "AzerEnerji" OJSC, Communications Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Executive Power of Baku City, "Azerigas" PU, "Azerishiq" OJSC, “Azeristiliktehcizat” OJSC, ”Azersu” OJSC, Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency, Intelligent Transport Management Center, as well as Baku Telephone Communication, “Azeurotel”, “Aztelekom”, “Delta” Telekom, “ULTEL” Limited Liability Companies.

During the meeting, in connection with the hosting of the mentioned events in Baku city, the issues of determining the locations of underground and ground engineering communication lines belonging to the organizations attending the meeting, conducting coordinated joint works in the direction of their repair and relocation, and within this framework, defining the map of Communications and presenting it to State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads, setting the schedules (action plan related to time and streets), preparation of general plan of events were discussed.
