APA reports that Heydar Jamal told “Ekho Moscow†radio station that his house was searched due to criminal case launched into the article of national hostility and discrimination. The reason of the criminal case is the articles posted on the www.islamkom.org website of the Russian Islamic Committee.
But the concrete article is not announced.
In 2009, deputy of the State Duma Maksim Mishenko demanded to include the organization of Heydar Jamal into the list of extremist organizations. He called the General Prosecutor to launch criminal case on Heydar Jamal because of the article posted on the website of the Russian Islamic Committee.
