US President Donald Trump has said the war in Ukraine and the military confrontation with Iran could end soon, APA reports.
Trump made the remarks while addressing supporters in South Carolina.
The US president claimed he had already resolved eight wars or situations that threatened to escalate into armed conflict.
“I have settled eight wars or situations that were about to turn into wars. Now we are close to ending two more wars — the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the war with Iran. They will end one way or another,” Trump said.
He provided no further details on the specific terms or timing of possible agreements.
