The Ukrainian army has struck the Russian Ministry of Defense's "75 Arsenal" military plant located in the city of Serpukhov in the Moscow region, APA's Russia bureau reports, citing local Telegram channels.
It was reported that the military plant was targeted with UAVs and missiles.
As a result, explosions occurred on the premises of the plant and the military unit.
The Arsenal plant produces weapons and ammunition, repairs and restores military equipment, artillery systems, and air defense systems, including Buk-M1, Buk-M2, and S-300V air defense systems.
