International rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed the credit rating of Southern Gas Corridor CJSC at “BBB-”, APA-Economics reports, citing the agency.
According to the information, the assessment was carried out based on the company’s business model, financial structure, market position, and operational performance.
Although the agency positively assessed the company’s financial structure, it applied a one-notch negative adjustment to the final rating, taking into account risks related to the operating environment in which it functions.
Fitch also used the methodology applied to government-related entities when determining the rating.
