The date for the start of the discussion of the 2026 budget envelope in the Milli Majlis has been announced, Chairman of the Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Committee of the Parliament Azer Amiraslanov told APA.
The 2026 budget envelope will be discussed in the committee on November 4.
Azer Amiraslanov said that other documents included in the budget package will be discussed in the committee on November 6: "We are mainly talking about amendments to the Tax Code. The budget will be discussed in other committees on November 4, 5 and 6. After the holiday, we will hold general meetings within 2 days and finalize the budget discussions in the committees. Later, the budget envelope will be discussed in the plenary session of the parliament."
