Azerbaijan’s GDP reaches 18.47 billion manats in January–February 2026

In January–February 2026, 18 billion 473.1 million manats worth of gross domestic product (GDP) was produced in the country, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.

This is 0.3 percent more compared to the same period last year.

The value added in the oil and gas sector decreased by 1.7 percent, while in the non-oil and gas sector it increased by 1.4 percent.

32.7 percent of GDP production accounted for industry, 11.4 percent for trade and repair of motor vehicles, 7.5 percent for transport and storage, 3.9 percent for construction, 3.2 percent for agriculture, forestry and fishing, 2.8 percent for tourist accommodation and public catering, 2.1 percent for information and communication, while 24.1 percent accounted for other sectors. Net taxes on products and imports made up 12.3 percent of GDP.
