Azerbaijan's consolidated budget revenues exceeded forecast by 11%

Positive dynamics have been observed in the execution of the state budget over the past 10 months, the Ministry of Finance told APA-Economics.

According to the information, during the period, more than 1 million 283 thousand payment orders were executed by the treasury authorities, and high indicators were recorded in the execution of state budget revenues.

In January–October of the current year, consolidated budget revenues amounted to 40,960.7 million manats, exceeding the ten-month forecast by 3,946.5 million manats or 10.7 percent.

During the same period, state budget revenues amounted to 32,891.4 million manats, which is 536.8 million manats or 1.7 percent higher than the ten-month forecast.

Revenues to the state budget through the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 14,378.3 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 752.3 million manats or 5.5 percent; revenues through the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 38.6 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 9.5 million manats or 32.6 percent; other revenues amounted to 614.8 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 156.1 million manats or 34.0 percent; and the transfer from the State Oil Fund amounted to 12,067.5 million manats, which represents 100 percent execution of the forecast.

At the same time, revenues through the State Customs Committee amounted to 5,255.7 million manats, which is 96.8 percent of the forecast, while revenues from paid services of organizations financed from the state budget amounted to 536.5 million manats, which is 72.2 percent of the forecast.

In the first 10 months of 2025, consolidated budget expenditures were executed in the amount of 32,691.7 million manats, which is 872.7 million manats or 2.7 percent more compared to the execution indicators of the10 months of the previous year.

During the same period, state budget expenditures were executed in the amount of 27,720.6 million manats, which is 387.6 million manats or 1.4 percent less compared to the same period of the previous year.
