The expenditures of the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) for 2026 will be approved in the amount of 266,400,000.0 manats, APA reports.
This is reflected in the draft law “On the Budget of the Unemployment Insurance Fund for 2026,” which was discussed at today’s plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
The sources for financing these expenditures will be as follows:
-Revenues of the Unemployment Insurance Fund’s 2026 budget amounting to 238,300,000.0 manats;
-28,100,000.0 manats allocated from the reserve accumulated by the Unemployment Insurance Fund as of January 1, 2026, to finance expenditures of that year.
After discussions, the draft was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
