Artificial intelligence is an inevitable stage in banking, and data management will become the sector’s main advantage, said Arpaslan Çakar, Chairman of the Board of the Banks Association of Türkiye, during his speech at the 9th Banking Forum, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, customer behavior is rapidly changing, and people no longer want to go to branches; they expect their needs to be analyzed in advance and delivered to them invisibly.
He emphasized that the banking sector has transitioned from corporate banking to retail banking, and from there to a stage of strong digital transformation.
