29.1% of the electricity produced in the country yesterday accounted for renewable energy sources, the Ministry of Energy told APA-Economics.
A total of 62.6 million kilowatt-hours of electricity were generated on April 6, of which 18.2 million kilowatt-hours were produced from renewable sources.
According to the information, 12.4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity were generated at hydroelectric power plants, while 5.8 million kilowatt-hours were produced at solar and wind power plants.
