Ambassador also spoke about the visit of Kostas Skrekas, Minister of Environment and Energy of Greece, to Azerbaijan.
"I can say that this is a very successful and interesting trip. The Minister of Energy had a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, and they discussed several issues. They talked about the energy partnership between the EU, Azerbaijan, and Greece. "The Minister of Energy will have a meeting with the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, Mikayil Jabbarov, and the President of SOCAR, Mr. Najaf."
Nikos Piperigos added that the parties would discuss issues related to the economy and energy.
